Instructor-led learning is as important today as it ever was
LEO’s pool of experienced trainers and coaches allow us to design and deliver the best possible classroom experiences. Using the latest classroom design and delivery approaches we ensure time away from the workplace is maximised. Learning can then be embedded back into the live environment through a range of ongoing support tools and services.
Such is the delivery capability of our team, we are often asked to deliver pre-designed course materials on behalf of our clients, helping them overcome demand spikes or resourcing issues.
Our in-depth experience of classroom training and learning technologies makes us the ideal partner to design blended programmes. With no bias on delivery modes, we can ensure the solutions we put forward maximise learning impact, which has lead to numerous awards for our blended learning programmes.
As part of Learning Technologies Group (LTG) we are also able to pull upon the GRC (Governance, Risk Management and Compliance) expertise of Eukleia. As a leader in the field of GRC blended learning programmes, working with our sister company will enable LEO to enhance any solutions in these areas for you.
Meet our expert
I have worked within learning and development and the use of technology for more than 30 years and bring a wealth of experience to the LEO Consulting team. My specialist focus is on helping clients make the most of effective blended learning practices.
I passionately believe that, to be successful, organisations need to take greater account of how to develop and sustain an organisational learning culture that works for each individual. Harnessing technology to support and enable performance has many aspects that must work together.
Managing programmes of work for both the supply and client sides of business, including global learning platforms and content frameworks, has helped me develop best-practices and standards in the use of blended learning techniques and technologies. During my career, I have helped a number of significant organisations develop and deploy strategies for more effective learning environments.
I thrive in defining, developing and implementing blended learning strategies, architectures and solutions; taking account of the extant cultural, change-management and leadership practices that will fundamentally affect their impact.
