The role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Solutions Consultant to help us generate new business opportunities from qualified marketing leads and inside sales.

You will be responsible for cultivating senior and C-level contacts by professional networking, cold calling and collaborating with the marketing team on mini-lead generation campaigns. You will also be responsible for qualifying leads, articulating bid requirements to the LEO bid team and working with them to produce a proposal that meets the prospect’s needs, creative requirements and budget as well as managing the transition of the client/project to the LEO account and project managers.

If you understand how to manage the full bid, negotiation and close process, have a consultative approach to sales and welcome the opportunity to travel (for about 20-30% of your time), then this could be the role for you.

If you are a perfect match, you will have highly developed commercial acumen that will allow you to navigate and understand the prospective clients’ business needs and effectively articulate our value proposition. You will also be extremely disciplined in using Salesforce CRM appropriately to capture data and maintain accurate records, sales forecasts and activity reports at all times.
