Webinar recording: Measuring the business impact of learning

Yesterday, LEO Learning and Watershed came together for a webinar on the topic of measuring the business impact of learning – the latest in a series of events and insights on the subject.

Gareth Jones, LEO Learning’s Principal Learning Consultant and Product Design Director and Piers Lea, LEO Learning’s Chief Strategy Officer joined Mike Rustici, CEO of Watershed for the session which received a fantastic turn out. In the webinar recording, which includes live poll responses from the audience, you will hear Piers Lea present LEO Learning and Watershed’s findings from our business impact research with 350 companies at the end of last year. Mike Rustici goes on to explain the importance of learning analytics, and Gareth Jones highlights the ten components of a business impact strategy. Lastly, the presenters demonstrate some recent case studies from Applied, Ford, and Medstar, followed by their tips for a strategic framework in creating a business learning impact strategy.

The hour ended with a Q&A session which resulting in some great questions from attendees and we wish we’d had time to answer more of them. All questions were captured and we’ll be responding and sharing the highlights here on the blog next week.
