LEO Learning is pleased to announce that Towards Maturity’s annual research of the learning technologies industry, the Benchmark Report, is now live and available to download.
The new report explores the key industry trends from 2014-15, focusing in particular on the performance gap in L&D, evidence for change, balancing organisational and individual need, new models of learning and boosting agility.
As Founding Ambassadors of Towards Maturity, LEO Learning is delighted to have been involved with the new report. This year, LEO Learning and Towards Maturity collaborated in an exclusive pre-launch event to release the report’s results a week early to senior L&D leaders. The responses collected in this event were included in the final report, contributing more valuable insights into the industry and providing practical and actionable tips.
600 L&D professionals from 45 countries participated in this year’s report, with 5,000 learners offering their opinions in the learner survey. The key issue in this year’s report relates to the performance gap between expectations and reality for improving business results through the use of learning technologies.
LEO Learning’s Chief Strategy Officer, Piers Lea, said: “The benchmark is a huge asset for anyone trying to implement learning technology. Across 600 benchmarked companies, more than 90% want to see the process of learning speeded up and yet less than 20% feel they are achieving this. LEO Learning is designed to help our clients bridge this gap by supplying a huge range of end-to-end capability.”
