LTG is currently looking for an experienced Head of Legal to be based in our London Head Office.
The Head of Legal is responsible for all legal and compliance aspects of the Group including but not limited to managing the legal function and team in the UK and the US, including setting its strategy and managing stakeholders; the closing of complex (buyer and vendor) commercial agreements, especially in the IT space; ensuring that the Group companies act in compliance with laws and regulations in the jurisdictions in which it does business; playing a key-role in supporting corporate activity; developing internal staff compliance programs; resolving complex commercial disputes; and managing, drafting and maintaining the group’s legal infrastructure, including its template agreements.
Brand Director (LEO/Eukleia)

As Brand Director you will collaborate with the leadership of both businesses and with LTG’s group marketing function in order to develop a robust strategy for increasing market share in EMEA, the US and beyond.
Place of work - London or Brighton with regular travel to both offices in addition to the US.
