Description:
We are looking for a talented Digital Designer to join our team in either our London, Sheffield or Atlanta office.

The Digital Designers are responsible for creating the visual content across a broad range of digital projects.

You will be responsible for producing graphical artwork, preparing visual assets for development and applying styling to e-learning authoring tool content. You will understand how to follow a creative brief, turn it into high quality artwork, interactive layouts and styling that work across a range of responsive and adaptive frameworks.

Description:
We are looking for a driven and creative Learning Designer to join our team in Atlanta. In this role you will be working with our lead designers to design and create learning content that not only meets client requirements but exceeds expectations and is delivered to schedule and budget.

As the ideal candidate you are comfortable working both independently in an environment that is fast-paced, deadline-driven, challenging and varied, and assisting art directors, developers and project managers as well as client subject matter experts.

You are a fast learner, and someone who can demonstrate the immediate ability to communicate both verbally and written in a clear, concise and effective manner as well as a creative flair both in writing and problem solving. You will also have a graduate degree.

Ideally you will have previous experience of producing technology-based training and an understanding of recent advances in both learning technology and learning design.

We are looking for a talented Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in our Raleigh, NC offices.

LTG is a fast-growing provider of services and technologies for digital learning and talent management, with revenues in excess of $160m and operations spanning the US, Europe and Asia. The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for preparing and reporting on the Group’s professional service projects, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to management and driving the effectiveness and efficiency of the reporting processes. The Senior Financial Analyst is also responsible for the preparation and reporting of the ‘Incentive Compensation Plan’ for the global sales team.

The individual will work closely with the Sales and Professional Service organizations to oversee business process, completeness and accuracy of data recorded across the Company’s ERP, CRM and internal project systems and the reporting of KPIs for the businesses. This position is located in Raleigh, NC and reports to the Director, Revenue Operations.
